1. Share your details
Once you inquire, we’ll ask for a few essentials:
- Wedding venue name and location
- Wedding date
- Estimated guest count
- Any initial notes or preferences
This allows us to confirm availability and recommend the right approach for your wedding size and timeline.
2. Design & approval
We create a custom illustration of your wedding venue, drawn specifically for your celebration.
Once the illustration is finalized:
- The design is digitized for embroidery
- Scale and placement are refined
- An embroidered sample is produced for review
Nothing moves into production until the design is approved.
3. Production & embroidery
After approval, your order moves into production.
All pieces are fully produced and embroidered in Vietnam using fashion-grade manufacturing standards.
This ensures clean stitch quality, consistency across all pieces, and finishes that feel considered — never rushed.
4. Delivery
Final pieces are delivered approximately 8–10 weeks after design approval.
We recommend booking early, especially for weddings with larger guest counts or peak-season dates.
